This boutique hotel was designed to create a layered hospitality experience that balances luxury, recreation, and wellness. The project is organized vertically, with vibrant public amenities concentrated on the lower levels and quiet guest rooms above—offering a spatial rhythm that moves from social to serene.

The first floor welcomes visitors with a dual-entry experience: a formal restaurant offering a refined dining atmosphere, and a casual coffee shop that encourages lingering, working, or informal conversation. Both are accessed through a central vestibule and lounge, creating an elegant threshold between the exterior and the hotel’s interior world. These two spaces serve as the project’s social anchors, blending hospitality and community in an open yet curated setting.

Descending to the basement level, guests are immersed in a rich mix of wellness and leisure programs. A gym, game room, and bar lounge are complemented by a massage suite with three private treatment rooms and a quiet waiting area. A darts corner, lounge seating, and service amenities like a dedicated elevator support both guest experience and operational flow. The basement becomes a hidden destination—offering unexpected layers of activity and retreat, protected from the quiet sleeping floors above.

The upper levels are reserved for guest rooms, arrayed in rhythmic clusters around a multi-story atrium and open loft-style lounges. This configuration fosters community while maintaining privacy, using vertical circulation and natural light to reinforce the sense of progression and pause. Shared lounges encourage informal interaction, while recessed room entrances and layered floor plates preserve a sense of quiet intimacy.
